inception as promoter. She is
responsible for the overall working of the
Company and is instrumental in making
strategic decisions for the Company.
Besides this, Mrs. Suman Lata is an
eminent individual and is part of various
group companies on various capacities.

Vikram is having 6 years of experience in
handling business and took a challenge
to expand Paicon Engineers Private
Ltd post lockdown after stabilizing our
group company Paicon Innovation Private Limited. He is supported by
Design Engineers , Proposal engineers and
Liaisoning team.

Shruti has hard core experience in
Designing and also provides support
for Procurement. Coordinates the
process between various internal
functional departments and aligns it
with the proposal schedule and Client
requirements.
Shruti is assisted by Design Engineers
and Purchase team.
